At the helm, born and raised in Baton Rouge Louisiana, Chef Brandon grew up with a passion for food. After graduating from Johnson & Wales with his Culinary Degree in hand, Chef Brandon set out on a mission to share his love of food and the unique nuances of Cajun Creole cuisine with the world.
